1. Personal information we collect

When you visit Quantura, we automatically collect device and usage information such as browser type, IP address, time zone, referral source, page interactions, and cookie/local storage identifiers. We refer to this as Device Information.

When you create an account, place an order, upload files, request forecasts, or contact us, we collect information including name, email, billing details, order metadata, and content you submit. We refer to this as Order and Account Information.

2. Technologies we use

Quantura uses cookies, local storage, log files, pixels, and analytics tags to operate and improve the platform.

  • Cookies and local storage for authentication state, preferences, and workspace continuity.
  • Log files for request diagnostics, reliability monitoring, and abuse prevention.
  • Analytics tags and event telemetry to understand feature usage and product quality.

  • Provide and maintain Quantura features, including forecasting, uploads, saved runs, collaboration, and notifications.
  • Process orders, subscriptions, renewals, and billing events.

  • Detect fraud, reduce abuse, and protect platform security.
  • Measure product performance and improve user experience.

4. Sharing your personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with infrastructure and service providers that help us operate Quantura (for example hosting, analytics, messaging, storage, and payment processors), and where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.

5. Advertising and analytics

We may use your information to measure campaign effectiveness and provide relevant product messaging. You can manage ad personalization through your platform and browser controls.

6. Do Not Track

At this time, Quantura does not alter all data collection behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
